BULK PURCHASES:
We recommend trying out samples before any bulk purchase if you are unfamiliar with these products as we can not accept return of such goods.
CANCELLATION:
In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, refunds are given if an order is cancelled within 7 days. Refunds will be provided within 30 days. However, an order cancelled after dispatch will incur a 10% surcharge.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION:
As per directives set out by the card/electronic payment processing via pay pal or charge back rules, customers are required to provide all information required in full including the first name for order processing. Yahphe.com will need a phone number to contact you for you about your order; where necessary. Failure to do so may result in a delay or non-process.
*Submission of incorrect information resulting in non-delivery will incur a re-delivery charge – at customer expense.
CUSTOMER PROTECTION:
Yahphe.com takes pride in customer confidentiality and will never disclose or release details to a third party.
DAMAGES:
Please advise us within 24hours should you receive any damaged goods and we will endeavour to investigate and rectify; if we are at fault.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is carried out by Royal Mail/ParcelForce/other couriers. Most of our orders are delivered standard mail however, if a special delivery or guaranteed service is required we at yahphe.com will oblige customers; this will be at the exact rate the delivery company states. In the event of the customer being unavailable for delivery, the package(s) will be returned to the local depot for collection within 7 working days. A re-delivery after this period will incur a charge. International customers should be aware that import duties or taxes may be issued by the governing body.
PAYMENT:
Online orders can be paid for through PayPal or with a credit card. For security purposes, we require that you enter your card's verification number CVV2. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card on the signature strip. Your shipping address should be the same as your billing address.
PRICING:
All our prices are at least 15% cheaper than competetitors or at least competetive where we can't offer pricing much cheaper and are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP). We reserve the right to make price changes without prior notice but will not increase the price of ordered goods which are awaiting delivery.
PRODUCTS:
Yahphe.com will not be held responsible for the misuse of our products. All ingredients used in a particular product or teas are listed on our website and products. Please contact us if you are concerned about a particular ingredient

RETURN OF GOODS:
Items can be returned if you are unhappy with your purchase. This should be returned to us by prior notice [notify us within 24 hours of receipt of order] and via first class recorded delivery service in its original condition within 2 days of receipt of your order after which refund of the purchase price will be issued. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. The cost of sending the goods back to us will be borne by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
SHIPPING RATES:
We offer free shipping – within the UK only – for orders £60 and over, Our shipping rates are automatically calculated depending on the weight and destination. IF THIS IS NOT ACTIVATED AT CHECKOUT WE WILL CONTACT YOU – within 24 hours - TO CONFIRM BEFORE DESPATCHING ANY GOODS.
